Associate Professor in Marketing, Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin
Radu recently joined Trinity College Dublin as Associate Professor in Marketing and Co-Director of Trinity’s world-acclaimed Master of Science in Digital Marketing Strategy. Before joining Trinity in August 2018, Radu had worked for 8 years (2010-2018) with Cranfield School of Management in the UK.
His experience spans leadership and strategy, lecturing, research and doctoral supervisory roles. At Trinity, Radu lectures at graduate, post-graduate and executive levels, with a teaching portfolio including customer experience and management. His research is focused on social media marketing, branding, consumer behaviour and psychology, customer adoption of new products and technologies (such as AI-powered ones), or CSR and prosocial behaviour.
Radu has a PhD from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, and still maintains close links with Norway as Adjunct Associate Professor with University of South-Eastern Norway/USN (2014 – ongoing).
He has experience consulting with blue-chip companies, and is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars or industry events.
